Match photos to frames
Put portrait photos in portrait frames and wide scenes in landscape ones, so nobody gets cropped out. Faces need a little room around them.

Common questions
- Can I mix photo orientations in one wall?
- Yes. Arrangements are designed around a mix of portrait, landscape and square frames, so different photos sit together naturally.
- What frame finishes are available?
- Frames are satin-laminated wood in black, white or natural (an oak-effect finish), with clear Perspex glazing. Where a layout supports it you can add a 2.4mm Snow White conservation mount.
- Will older phone photos print well?
- Usually, if you use the original file rather than a screenshot or a photo saved from a chat app. The designer flags any photo that may print less sharply at the size you've chosen.
- Is everything I need to hang it included?
- Each frame arrives with a Cobra or sawtooth hanger already attached, and our digital hanging guide takes you through marking every fixing point. Wall screws, hooks and plugs aren't included, because the right fixing depends on your wall.
- How long does delivery take?
- UK orders usually arrive 5–7 working days after they're released for production, which normally happens about an hour after you pay. That covers around 72 hours to print and frame your wall, plus standard UK delivery.
